Privacy policy
In short: this website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services, loads no fonts from foreign servers and performs no analytics or tracking. A consent banner is therefore not required. What nevertheless arises technically is set out below.
The legally binding version is the German original; this translation is provided for convenience.

2. Principles
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide this website and to answer your enquiries. The legal bases are Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract), Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website) and, where applicable, Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on servers of ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The servers are located in Germany.
When the website is accessed, the server automatically collects data transmitted by your browser: shortened or full IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, name and URL of the file retrieved, volume of data transferred and status of the request, browser type and version and the operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer) where transmitted.
This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals by us and is not merged with other data sources. Processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of technically flawless operation and the security of the website. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are required to investigate a specific security incident.
4. Cookies and access to your device
This website stores no cookies on your device and does not access information already stored there. Consent under section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required. No counting pixels, fingerprinting techniques or recognition features are used.
5. No third-party services
All components of this website – fonts, images, scripts and stylesheets – are delivered exclusively from the server named above. In particular, there is no integration of Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube, social media plug-ins, content delivery networks or comparable services. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party.
6. Contact form
If you send us a message via the contact form, we process the details you provide – name, email address and message, and where applicable company, telephone number and subject – exclusively in order to handle your enquiry. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. The details are forwarded to us by email; they are not stored in a database on the web server.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is directed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations conflict; for enquiries without a subsequent business relationship, after six months at the latest. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, informally by email to web@echt-gmbh.de.
To protect against automated submissions, the form contains an additional field that is invisible to you. If it is filled in, we discard the submission. No personal data is stored in that case.
7. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we process the data you provide in order to deal with your request, on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The same deletion periods apply as under section 6.
8. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider named above as a processor and, where applicable, the email service through which our business correspondence runs. No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.
9. Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:

We adapt this privacy policy as soon as changes to the website or to the legal position require it. The version published here applies in each case.
